HOW REQ CAME TO BE

Founder and CEO Filip Kraviec began his career as a qualified refrigeration technician, working hands-on in the industry for years. Along the way, he

saw a clear gap—most companies rushed through jobs, but customers were looking for more. They wanted genuine support, clear communication, and a company

that would stick around long after the install was done.

At the same time, Filip experienced firsthand how a workplace can change

when culture gets lost. After a management shift, his previous company

became transactional, with cost-cutting taking priority over people.

That experience pushed him to build something better.

REQ was created to offer a different kind of

experience—one built on care, connection, and long-term trust. Not just for customers, but for the team behind the tools. We do great work, we back our people, and we give a shit—every step of the way.
